Which language(s) do you currently speak? If you could learn only one other language, what would you choose, and why?

currently, i can speak English and some French(getting better all the time!) but what i would really love to learn is Japanese. i love how Japanese sounds, and i could read manga in its original printing, and see what the authors originally meant for their characters to say.

i think Japanese would be an AWESOME language to learn=D

do you really have to ask? as i have stated many times before, the song i will never grow tired of hearing is definitely Inori Negai
(if you really have to ask, then you obviously have not ever read my posts before-shame on you!)
i have loved it since i watched InuYasha The Movie 2: The Castle Beyond The Looking Glass, last year, and i love it so much because it is the music that plays when InuYasha and Kagome snog!! since it is their only "real" kiss, of course i would treasure every minute!

so today i had to do the Fitness Testing that is required every year by Texas state law. it was during my dance class, which was okay.

very unfourtunately for me, i was struck by the dumb today, and forgot my inhaler. i had to run a mile with no meds or anything. i was coughing and panting for at least fifteen minutes afterwords. my friend really made it bearable though. she just told me to jog instead of run, and stayed right next to me the whole time, even though i came in dead last.

sometimes, i think that she's the only thing that makes that class fun=)

today, i have finally acheived something which i have dreamed of doing for more than two years now. using a trick inspired by my mum ofenjen, i fixed the sound on one of my InuYasha episodes, so now, i can finally watch it, and all the characters' mouths are moving at the right times. the sound quality is completely shot, but i think i can live with it. at least, until i figure out how to fix that, too....

only one? if anyone knows me, they'll know that i have a broad taste in music. if i have an anime CD i want a rock CD, if i have a rock CD i want an anime CD, and if i have an anime CD and a rock CD, then i want a movie soundtrack!!!

so, today i took an autographed photo of the LaPush werewolf boys to school(autographed by the guy who plays Sam-much thanks if you tell me his actual name!) and kept it in the back of my english notebook. all the girls i showed it to were soooooo jealous it wasn't even funny. one girl even cuddled it and didn't want to give it back to me! when they asked how i got it, i just said that i had a friend in Australia who gave it to me. i also got a lot more tshirt envy (see http://baneofshadow.livejournal.com/92681.html) today than any other day that i have worn this shirt. it was very interesting. that's pretty much it.

ps my friend got a haircut. i'd heard from one of my other friends that he had, but i didn't know until today whether or not it was true, but now i do. his hair is really short again. i would've talked to him, but i had to charge right past him, since i couldn't stop laughing.

saw a rainbow while i was checking our mail. it made me compose a poem right on the spot. it went something like this:

went to the capitol today. i haven't been there for about a year, and i have forgotten how that place makes me have the worst case of vertigo that renders me babbling more than i usually do. it's cool, and all, but the place is huge. everything in Texas is usually big, but i think the capitol could be a wee bit smaller....i don't like coming out of that place with a headache. we were gonna go on a guided tour, but the dude that was guiding it wanted to elaborate on every little detail of the building, and we didn't really have the time to. so we didn't. anyway, i'm really tired now=P

also, we thought that we had lost a library book, and we were prepared to pay the lost fee on it, when i decided to check on it...and it wasn't on the list, and we didn't have any overdue or lost books. they probably did a check of all the books, or someone tried to check the book in question out, had a problem, and they fixed it. which means i have torn my room apart for squat, but at least i know that i don't have to keep looking for it, and that's all right=)

ooooh, have i been waiting for this one!!! anyone who knows me will know what i'm gonna say-the snogging scene in The Castle Beyond The Looking Glass is most definitely my all-time favorite romantic movie scene. it has my favorite OTP (InuYasha and Kagome), it's romantic without being sexual, and it's short and sweet. and, c'mon-it's their only kiss in the ENTIRE series. so, i enjoy it very much.

and what romantic post is complete without the romantic scene in question(it is how i do things, after all)

quality is kinda sucky, but it's still awesome!!

me? this year(if you don't already know by looking at my mum's posts earlier this month) i am going to be Kagome from InuYasha, and i think it's gonna be a great costume!!!

the only thing i'm not so pleased about is mum saying that she's gonna photoshop me into a picture of myself from last year(i was InuYasha last year) and i'm protesting with everything i've got-which seems only to spur her on.

i do. a lot. i also do that for conversations, and for life. it's what makes me so shy! i don't want to say anything that would make people not like me, or not like other people. it's also why i can't seem to get a date.
in regards to the composition thing, i usually don't care what people think of that. it's all mine, and that's what matters=D

i usually try to sit in the back by myself, since i am an awfully shy and non-sociable creature. and i can get myself to focus sometimes, but it strongly depends on my mood. if i'm in a bad mood, it's hard to focus, and vise versa.

i bring whatever i may be reading at the time, as well as some of my old favorites-like InuYasha, of course! that's like my lucky book! the one time i didn't bring it, the whole thing was a disaster! ask any of my family-they'll tell ya that i have at least one bag crammed with books-and all good. i never bring any crap stuff or watch trash. that just makes things that much longer for me.
